4x4 Overland Expedition - Jejak Warisan Jawi - Arayam Parachet

From Chumpon we are scheduled to drive for another 650 km to Arayam Prachet and on the way we will stop by at Cha'am for a break. The team has to reach the Cambodian border and planned to cross to Cambodia as early as the immigration office opened because this border is known as the busiest border for local trader. Our Cambodian handler will be expecting us at the border.

We only managed to reach Arayam Prachet at 4 a.m and only have 3 hour to take a nap and rest. We have drove for more than 10 hours and taking a nap is required before we continue the journey.

At 8.00 am we took our breakfast at Halal restaurant near the border and luckily the owner able to communicate with us in Bahasa Melayu. After passed through the immigration and custom check, we have to bring our vehicles for inspection. The journey continue and this time we have to drive on the right hand side and it become a new experience to all the drivers and participants. Most of the convoy 4x4s are right hand side and we have very becareful when driving.
